The right to be forgotten, also known as the right to erasure, is a fundamental right provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. This right allows individuals to request the deletion of their personal data.

As a respondent, TOLD provides you with a unique identifier corresponding to your consent.

This identifier allows you to more easily exercise your right to erasure.

Include it in your request to help our teams facilitate the deletion of your personal data.

How to exercise this right

To exercise your right to erasure, please send us an email or contact the company using TOLD, on whose platform the survey appeared.

TOLD is committed to deleting your data as quickly as possible.
