Direct Link & Sharing

Share your surveys outside of your app using direct links, QR codes, or embeds.

Every survey gets a unique shareable URL. Share it via:

  • Social media
  • Chat/messaging apps (Slack, Teams, etc.)
  • SMS
  • Print materials (using the QR code)
  1. Open your survey
  2. Go to the Publish tab
  3. Copy the direct link

QR Code​

A QR code is automatically generated for your survey's direct link. Download it and use it on:

  • Print flyers or posters
  • Business cards
  • Event materials
  • Product packaging

Iframe embed​

Embed the survey directly in any webpage:

  1. Copy the iframe embed code from the Publish tab
  2. Paste it into your HTML

Email embed​

Embed the survey in email campaigns:

  1. Copy the email embed code from the Publish tab
  2. Paste it into your email template (HTML email)

Password protection​

Require a password to access the survey. Set this in the survey settings.

Single vote​

Allow only one response per user. Uses cookies to track whether the user has already responded.

Language override​

Force a specific language by adding ?lang=XX to the URL:

https://survey.told.club/YOUR_SURVEY_ID?lang=es

Hidden fields via URL​

Pass data to the survey via URL parameters:

https://survey.told.club/YOUR_SURVEY_ID?name=John&[email protected]&plan=pro

These values appear as hidden fields in the survey report, allowing you to track which respondent came from where.
