Product Tours
A product tour is an interactive, in-app onboarding experience that guides users through your product's key features step by step with tooltips and modals.
How product tours work
- You create a tour from the Told app and click New Product tour from your source's Product tours page
- A visual editor opens on your live website — you click on elements to create steps
- Each step is either a Pin (tooltip attached to an element) or a Modal (centered overlay)
- Steps can span multiple pages and include text, images, videos, and navigation buttons
- After saving, you configure step content, shapes, and options from the Told app
- Triggers define when and to whom the tour is displayed
