Dashboard

Your team dashboard shows an overview of activity across all sources:

  • Total responses collected
  • Active surveys and their performance
  • NPS score trends
  • Recent activity

Survey-level analytics

Each survey has its own Results tab with:

  • Response count — Total number of completed surveys
  • Completion rate — Percentage of users who finished vs. started
  • Per-question breakdown — Charts and data for each question
  • NPS analysis — Detractors, Passives, Promoters breakdown with NPS score
  • Response timeline — When responses were collected
  • Individual responses — Browse each respondent's answers
