Email Reports
Told can send you email notifications when users respond to your surveys, so you don't have to check the dashboard constantly.
Notification options
Configure email frequency in your survey settings:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Immediate | Receive an email for every individual response as it comes in |
| Every 2 hours | Batch summary of responses received in the last 2 hours |
| Daily summary | One email per day with all responses from the previous 24 hours |
| Weekly summary | One email per week with a recap of all responses |
Setting up email notifications
- Open your survey
- Go to the Connection tab
- Navigate to the Email section
- Select your preferred frequency
- Save
Who receives the emails?
Email notifications are sent to team members who have configured them. Each member can set their own notification preferences independently.
