Emails notifications

Told offers the capability to receive email notifications for each new answer received.

⚠️ The configuration is specific to your profile; each team member can have their own unique setup.

To configure this feature, navigate to the settings page within your source or access it directly here.

Several options are available:

• Immediate Notification: Receive an email for each new survey response received from your source.
• Maximum Every 2 Hours: Receive an email for each new response on your source's surveys. However, to prevent excessive notifications, if you receive multiple responses on the same survey within a 2-hour window, you will only receive one email.
• Daily Summary Report: Receive a daily email report at 8 am (GMT) if new answers are available.
• Weekly Summary Report: Receive a weekly email report every Monday at 8 am (GMT) if new answers are available.
