Plan and billing

The Plan and billing page shows your team's current plan, usage, and lets you upgrade or downgrade. Each team has its own independent plan and billing.

To open it, go to Settings & profile → Plan and billing in the sidebar.

Overview

The page is split into three sections:

  • Plan — your current plan, with quick access to upgrade and to invoices
  • Your monthly views — chart of how many times your surveys/tours have been displayed
  • Your monthly responses — chart of how many responses you have received

You can filter both charts by:

  • Hide files — toggle to show or hide individual files in the chart breakdown
  • Current month — change the time range

Plan card

The plan card shows:

  • Current plan name (e.g., Discover, Starter, Expert, Enterprise)
  • Your usage progress (e.g., 0/350 responses/mo)
  • An Upgrade now button to change plan
  • An Invoices: Manage billing link with a See all button to view your billing history

Click Upgrade now to open the pricing page where you can compare plans and subscribe.

Told offers four plans, each tailored to a different stage of growth:

The pricing page also lets you switch the billing cycle:

  • Monthly — pay every month
  • Quarterly — save 10%
  • Annual — save 20%

The Enterprise plan is custom — click Book a meeting on the pricing page to contact the Told team.

Changing your plan

Upgrade

  1. Click Upgrade now on the Plan card (or any Subscribe button on the pricing page)
  2. Choose your billing cycle (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)
  3. Pick a plan and click Subscribe
  4. Complete the Stripe checkout

Downgrade

  1. Click Upgrade now on the Plan card
  2. On the pricing page, find the lower plan and click Downgrade

Invoices

To access your invoice history, click See all in the Invoices card. You'll be redirected to the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • View past invoices
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription
