My profile

The My profile page is where you manage your personal information — your name, picture, language, password, and account deletion.

To open it, go to Settings & profile → My profile in the sidebar.

Profile info​

This section contains your personal details:

  • Picture — click the avatar to upload a profile picture
  • First name — editable
  • Last name — editable
  • Email — displayed but not editable from this page
  • Language — interface language (e.g., English, French)

Click Save change to apply your modifications. The button stays disabled until you change something.

Change password​

To update your password:

  1. Enter your current password
  2. Enter your new password (must respect the security rules: at least 14 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, a number and a special character)
  3. Confirm the new password
  4. Click Save change

Delete account​

The Delete account section is at the bottom of the page.

  1. Click Delete my account
  2. A confirmation modal appears: "The deletion of your account is final, all your data will be deleted. Are you sure you want to delete your account?"
  3. Click Delete my account to confirm, or Cancel to abort

What happens when you delete your account​

  • You are removed from all teams you belong to
  • For each team where you were the only member, the team is also deleted along with all its data (sources, surveys, product tours, responses)
  • For teams where other members remain, the team continues to exist without you
warning

Account deletion is irreversible. There is no recovery period.
