Email preferences
The Email preferences page lets you control which emails Told sends you. Each preference is a toggle.
To open it, go to Settings & profile → Email preferences in the sidebar.
Product News
A toggle to receive emails about "the latest product improvements and updates". Enabled by default.
Turn it off if you don't want to receive product announcements.
Surveys email answers
This section lists every source in your team. For each source, you can choose how often you want to be notified about new survey responses:
| Frequency | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Each new answer | An email is sent every time someone submits a response |
| Maximum each 2 hours | Responses are batched and you receive at most one email every 2 hours |
| A daily report | A single daily summary of responses |
| A weekly report | A single weekly summary of responses |
Pick the frequency that fits each source independently — for example, you can get instant alerts for a critical product survey and a weekly digest for a low-priority NPS.
The Surveys email answers section only appears when your team has at least one source. If you don't see it yet, create a source first.
